Each Beechcroft development is constructed to the highest standards and each new home, whether new build or conversion, provides spacious, flexible living accommodation designed according to Beechcroft's principle of creating fewer rooms rather than less space.  Hallways and landings are generously proportioned, principal rooms are sufficiently large to accommodate pieces of family furniture and, in homes with two or more bedrooms, at least two are double bedrooms.
