Beechcroft works with dedicated professionals to provide a comprehensive, well-run management service which operates on a non-profit making basis, providing peace of mind for those who live on each development.
The Estate Manager and his/her deputy on each development is responsible for the day-to-day administration, providing good 'neighbourly' assistance to the owners and being on hand in case of emergency.
The Estate Manager regularly inspects the buildings, gardens and fences, reporting any defects to the Foundation. He or she also ensures that the development, particularly the communal areas including paths, garage courts and drives are kept clean and tidy, employs window cleaners, gardeners and contractors to carry out maintenance works. The Estate Manager is also responsible for maintaining the communal lighting, alarms and electronic systems.
