Estate Management/Beechcroft Foundation

Beechcroft ensures that on each retirement development, those aged fifty-five plus are able to make the most of their retirement. The non-profit making Beechcroft Foundation provides a comprehensive estate management service to maintain the buildings and the landscaped gardens. An Estate Manager is employed to handle the day-to-day administration of the development, to answer any queries and to be on hand in case of emergency.  Gardening, cleaning of the communal parts and ensuring that entrance drives, garage courts and parking areas are clean and tidy, all form part of the general estate management.
